Sewing our Pourquoi Tale Covers

We have completed our pourquoi tale covers to go along with the stories that we have created! A few weeks back, many of you were able to join us for a morning of sewing. I was so impressed with our persistence and patience as we tackled this new task. Many of us had not sewn before but we learned simple stitches and did an excellent job sewing our fabric cover together and outlining the animals that we had painted on the front. Our watercolor covers are beautiful pieces of art but I expected nothing less from this creative bunch! We are excited for you to see the finished product and read our tales!
