Dino Dig

We had a great time becoming Paleontologists to wrap up our unit on Rocks and Minerals. Dinosaurs are always a big hit!  We had fun exploring our "burning questions" to help us understand these once living reptiles in greater depth. Fossils & bones tell us a great deal about life long ago. We know the difference between herbivores, carnivores and omnivores- We drew conclusions about the type of dinosaurs we found through the teeth and bones we explored. It was evident that we learned a lot about these creatures. We also have learned a lot about the components of non-fiction and applied this knowledge to help us grow in our understanding.
