SPCA Visit

We had a wonderful visit with the SPCA. They brought us two special animals a bunny and a hedgehog-- that was a first for me!! We were SO SO awesome during the SPCA visit. We were great listeners and were very respectful of the animals. Some of us got up close, while others preferred to watch from afar. We heard a story about a dog named Sam which started off sad but had a happy ending. This was a great chance for us to share all our knowledge about the care of pets. Ask us about the story. The SPCA always does a wonderful job engaging the kids in their presentation-- we are very appreciative. There are lots of educational opportunities--it is a great place to visit or volunteer if your child is interested in animals! Did you know the NH-SPCA takes in over 3,000 animals a year-- Wow. We raised $235.43 during our bake sale. All proceeds will go to the SPCA to help care for animals in need.
