Book Character Scarecrows

Wow! Our book character scarecrows came out unbelievable! I am so, so impressed. We had lots of helping hands to get the project done and it went as smoothly as possible thanks to everyones help. Thank you so much for your support at home too! The preparation and thought that went into your scarecrow creations was so helpful and the kids were so proud of the final product! Take a look at the slideshow below to see us with our special characters and be sure to check them out in person during our school Halloween parade too!  This project was a school wide activity created by the theme committee to support our year of "show how you grow." The scarecrow posts were built by local boy scouts-- all 150 of them! phew. Thank you boy scouts, as well as Mr. Mizzi who helped us set up our scarecrows.
