Book Clubs

We have started book clubs on the wild side of pets. We have loved the structure of book clubs and enjoy engaging in talk about animals--second graders LOVE non-fiction! We have focused on asking questions and learning new interesting information about the wild side of pets like cats, dogs, birds and snakes. These books give a glimpse into pet care as well as information about close ancestors that live in the wild. We are starting to make connections into the close link that both animals share.
