Giving Thanks

We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving- It was nice to spend some time with family and have some time to regroup before the busy month of December. Time is flying!  Before break we spent some time learning about the first Thanksgiving- We learned the first Thanksgiving looked quite a bit different than the way we celebrate today. We talked about some of our families Thanksgiving traditions and took some time to talk about the many things we are thankful for. We made special placemats to use for our Thanksgiving feasts and wrote thankful letters to staff in our school-it is so nice to feel appreciated and let others know we are thankful for all they do.
