We have been working on ways to incorporate spelling into our every day work. Thank you for all your support at home too! Exposure to words in many different ways is important in building spelling confidence & success. Ms. Higgins helped us to make "keychains" with our sight words written on them. Each week we add our new words onto our key chains and rip off the keys that we can read fluently... "Key" word FLUENT! We are getting quite speedy & really enjoy seeing the keys come off at the end of the week once we have mastered them. Speaking of spelling... keep the extra credit word activities coming each Friday! I am impressed by the amount that complete them...
