Practicing Expression

We have been working on reading fluency throughout the year. This week we focused on reading with EXPRESSION in our own independent books. We have become stronger at noticing these sentences throughout our reading and practiced reading out-loud with partners! We have been using the acronym E.A.R.S. to help us remember all that goes into fluent reading:  
E. Expression A. Accuracy   R. Rate  S. Smoothness
