Let's Learn About Weather!

There is a lot to discover about weather! During our project based unit we will be learning about different types of clouds (we learned during our chat that there are 50 different types-wow!) and how they help predict the type of weather to come. We will also touch on the  Water Cycle and States of Matter! We have been especially intrigued by wild weather during our informational book clubs and will be creating projects to share inform our EK community about the safety aspects of blizzards, hurricanes and extreme types of weather that we sometimes encounter in our area!

Next week we will begin to incorporate some writing & art by focusing on different poetic styles based around weather.
