Ocean Portraits

We are getting started on our ocean stories. Each of us has chosen a creature to be our main character. To become more comfortable with drawing we created mini setting pictures and learned how to use new techniques to create special effects. One of our favorite techniques was using salt to create a bubbled effect in the water. Over our last few weeks we will create images to represent story components (character, setting, problem, solution) and will use these images to inspire our stories.
