Dinosaurs!

We did some research about dinosaurs to begin answering the questions we have. We explored non-fiction books and website resources to help us learn about our creature. Here we are measuring the sizes of different dinosaurs. We will share our findings when we return from break. Did you know the Argentinosaurus, a plant eater, was one of the largest dinosaurs at 120 feet? WOW! The Microraptor, a flying dinosaur, was only the size of a Pigeon.

We have had great fun studying dinosaurs. We participated in a book club to work on non-fiction components and learn some interesting facts about these creatures. We also read a Cam Jansen Mystery about the missing dinosaur bones and put our detective skills to work. When we return we will talk more about fossils and answer more of our questions about dinosaurs.
