Work Stations
Today was our first go at starting our morning with work stations. The term "work" means that there is some type of accountability in each center....we have an important job to do! The centers focus on a variety of academic areas (literacy, math and theme work) to reinforce and strengthen concepts taught. It also gives opportunity to work effectively with a partner and allows for small group work with teachers. This weeks focus is on short vowel sounds & fact fluency.
